Noah Christopher

I have had the pleasure of taking this family's pictures 5 times & I have loved every second of it!!!
The first time I took their pictures, Erin & Daniel were expecting Sammy. They weren’t due for another two weeks or so, but I guess the whole getting up & down for pictures might have helped the process along.  So a few days later, Sammy was born.

The 2nd time I took their pictures, Sammy was 1. We took family pictures & I had no idea what was coming.

Towards the end of the shoot, Erin pulled an orange sign & said, “You can’t tell anyone about this yet.” And I said, “of course” without knowing what was coming. She turned the sign so I could read it and it said, “I’m going to be a big brother!” I squealed & laughed!! I was so excited beyond what words could say! If you know this family at all, you know that both Sammy & the newest addition are a huge blessing!!!!

The 3rd time I took their pictures, Erin was due in at least a month. I took their pictures on Mother’s day weekend.

June 10th, Erin texted me & told me that she was going to have the baby that day.  I was at the library & I called Isaac and asked him to come home for lunch so I could take the car to Kirksville so I could take pictures of their new baby. So on my way, I couldn’t believe that this little baby was also about 2 weeks early. I couldn’t wait to meet this precious miracle!!!

At the hospital, I talked to Erin & Daniel for a while and we laughed about one thing or another.   That day, Daniel had hurt his face & the nurse said that when the baby was old enough, he could tell him that he fell head over heels over him.

30 minutes after I left the room, one of Erin’s nurses came out to tell me that both Erin & baby Noah were doing really well. After they were all cleaned up, I came back in the room to see Erin holding her precious angel. He started crying a little so Erin passed him on to Daniel. Noah cried for a couple more seconds, but when his daddy started singing to him, he stopped crying & fell asleep pretty quickly.

When Sammy came to meet his little brother, I couldn’t tell how he felt about Noah. But we got some good smiles out of him with his little brother.

1 week and 1 day later, we got to take pictures of them again. This has been quite a journey for this family & I feel blessed to have been able to capture these precious moments.

Sammy took this picture of Isaac while waiting for mommy & Noah to come for pictures.

Daniel & Erin, I hope you like these!!! I love every one of these pictures & the love that shines through them!!! You are a beautiful family!!!!! Thanks for trusting me to take your pictures!

Sammy, I hope you and Noah become best friends as you get older!!!
